Here is the finished project. It was a chalenge to be sure, especially the legs. Next time I am using twigs instead of wire. Not enough to grab hold of for stability. I ended up attaching him to a woven basket lid. I think he turned out pretty cute. Looks good perch beside the book case. I think he needs a pair of wire rim glasses. He is holding an Apache Tear in his beak.
