Diascia....questions about care.

I bought 6 Diascia from the rescue rack today marked for clearance. Can someone tell me what is your experience with Diascia? I'm trying to decide where to plant it, in my hot, humid East TX location.
I checked the plant files but the different types have different care/planting preferences. The tag on this plant says Diascia spp. so I am not sure which one of the plant files is correct.
Can it take all day sun?
Can it take a dry, raised bed?
Should it be in a shady spot that stays fairly moist?
Any care tips you can provide will be appreciated.

I love Diascia - I'm waiting to hear the answer.

Maybe a pic might be helpful in figuring out which species it is. Shade would probably the best (and safest) for them. But don't hold me to it!
