Blooming today at tn-tigger
new seedling
Can you imagine that little guy in a bouquet? Great color!
In the sun colors just jump out at you on this one.Pictures really don`t do this little guy justice.
The beards are fantastic! Do you sell irises and are you thinking of introducing it?
If the habits are as good as it appears to be now. These will be my first two introductions. Numerous other seedlings but these were the cream of the crop so far. Yes on selling. We do eba y and will have a website up within two weeks with about 1000 listed.
OK, you did not say what this gem was crossed with...noisy people want to know.
Very nice dora.

Adorable! I wonder if it has a few of Cat's Eye genes for it looks a bit like it, especially the purple beards and markings.
Edited for a question: How long before it bloomed from seeding. I have seeds from my Buffawn (Andrew 1940) WS outside in a plastic container since last fall.

First yr. the seeds germinate--so plant them. From there for TBs it can take 3-4 yrs.
Ok D for the nosy people.Pollen parent is Big Blue Eyes. Will give pod parent later.
Blomma, no cat`s eye in this one . These crosses were sprouted last spring.
I have several TB crosses sending up stalks that were also sprouted last spring
Thank you TNTigger.
