faux wood repair

I moved to this house and they had a faux wood in the kitchen for some of the cupboards, round the windows, doorways. I don't have time to repaint the whole thing (trying to get other areas worse painted), but there is paint peeling off some of the doorways, windows, and cupboards. I do not have any of the paint they used so anyone have any suggestions on how to make it look like the other paint so I can touch up instead of repainting?
