How do I kill ants?

Greeley, CO(Zone 5b)

I am sure this is posted somewhere, but I cannot find anything. Last year I tired corn meal, borox, liquid dish soap and finally got some Seven (a bug spray). They are eating everything.

Try the product Terro. Keep it away from childern and pets. But you put a drop on the little cardboard targets that come in the box and place the cardboard where the ants are, sometimes they have a trail they all follow, they will feed on the liquid and carry it back to their nest. I works for me every time.

Thanks, I will give it a try. At this point I will try everything. Last year they ate over 1/2 my strawberry crop.

Ok, so this is outside. Also try diatomaous earth, it is organic, sprinkle it on the ground, the ants crawl through it and the micro size sharp diatoms cut them. I have used this on ant hills. Might have to repeat after a rain.
Get the stuff made for insects. I guess there is stuff for pool filters, you don't want that.
