Happy Easter!!

Every Easter I put together baskets for my Grandchildren and this year was no different. The weather however was different so Brian & I planned a scavenger hunt for the kids. Here are a few of the baskets and things we hid.

Next the tree out front was decorated with eggs and bunnies.

Then the boundries were marked with eggs .........

and pin-wheels too.

Each child got a sheet telling them what color they were to look for. Each child had color coded stickers on their eggs. If it did not have the right color they had to leave that egg and move on to another.

the eggs were hidden.........

all across the lawn, some were very easy to spot. ^_^

Kids were told....No flower picking, eggs only!! LOL

After the egg hunt there was some kite flying .............

a BBQ and then of course, dessert. Ice cream anyone??

Thanks Louise, it did me a world of good to do this with the kids and grandkids. Wish the weather would cooperate so I could do it every year. ^_^
