The green movement has really spawned some big innovative efforts, not because it's the right thing to do but because there's $ to be made. Venture Capitalist are turning out in droves to place their bets on the winners. It appears that at last they get the idea that people are fed up with chemicals and substandard produce.

Some of these futuristic ideas have been discussed here already but I think it's good to see some are really being taken seriously. For some of the others, I guess it's good to have a heads up about what to expect.
