I have a friend who wants to get Pulmonaria 'Northern Lights', and she can't find it anywhere. I searched in Google and couldn't find any place carrying it. Would anyone know where I could get it, or does anyone have any they could part with? I would sure appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks.
Karen
Looking for Pulmonaria 'Northern Lights'
Hmm..I got many hits on Pulmonaria "Northern Lights" and you can winnow it down by using the advanced search and eliminating rhododendron, polemonium, and any other genera having "Northern Lights" cultivars. Here are two links from just the first page of results:

Thanks, Don. I'm not good with doing the advanced searches. I checked those links you gave me. Ambergate Gardens website did not list Northern Lights currently, and the other is French, so those don't help. I will try the advanced search and see what I can find.

i looked real quick.. no luck either
Here's a California supplier listing it:

Here's an English one...

TerraNova Nurseries used to carry it but it is not listed in their current site. I found quite a few hits like this on both Google and Bing...perhaps being sterile, it is hard to propagate.
There are quite a few lookalikes, though. Try "High Contrast".
I got excited there for a minute, Don. Unfortunately those are polemoniums, not pulmonarias. Different plant. :( Thanks anyways.
I did the advanced search on Google, but could not find a singer vendor carrying it.

Silver bouquet looks almost identical

Sorry Karen, I was trying the search on Bing and forgot to put quotes around the entire entry!
That's okay, Don.
Thanks, Jen, that does look quite nice.
