I have 10 fresh seed pods of the tropical Asclepias Curassavica looking for new homes and future Monarch butterflies and catapillars. This milkweed will germinate in 7-10 days direct sowed into peat pellets.

Six pods are left......Heres what each pod looks like when they have split open. You will be receiving a whole pod that has split and allowed to dry for a couple of days to 'fluff out'.

Has anyone mailed their envelopes yet? I havent recieved any yet......
Lets not keep those butterfies and hungry catterpillars waiting now. BTW....these are the same milkweed that are used in school projects. Make a gift to your local elementary school or teacher for their future butterfly garden. Once plants are established cutting can also be taken and rooted as well.

I think all the pods have been spoken for . But the plant contantly blooms and grows and makes new pods....there are more growing and maturing.....
I'm still waiting to receive envelopes however. Those that I have received and sent back out.....I hope you enjoy the flowers, the Monarch butterflies that visit, and the catapillars that grow as they munch away....
