Dried rose in shadowbox ideas - for friend who lost mother

A dear friend lost her mother very suddenly this past December. I took roses from her mother's funeral to dry for her. Some are for the grandchildren. I've purchased 5x7 shadowboxes and would like to use the roses (single rose for each of grandchildren), along with a copy of her mom's photo from the handout at the funeral in some way. Does anyone have suggestions? I am not a scrapbooker so do not have all the equipment. Thanks for your help.
