Salad Dressing for Diabetic??

I am trying to find either a bottled dressing or a recipe for a homemade dressing. Our son who is 35 was just diagnosed as diabetic Last week. We are trying to fix a dinner for his birthday and are having a hard time trying to figure all this out.
