Spray-n-Grow?

Anyone use this stuff? I had never heard of it but got a catalog in the mail yesterday. Sounds quite miraculous. Does it do what it says it does? And most importantly, does their fungicide work???

There's a thread somewhere on DG that talks about Spray N Grow. It was all very positive. They said it works. It may be in the Daylily forum. Your could try a search. I'll try to find it also.

This is interesting - after seeing the huge watermelon the guy was holding in the ad, I thought maybe it's concentrated phosphorus. But, it's a foliar feed! I wouldn't have guessed P could be taken up through the foliage, but maybe so. P must be combined with water (I think) to be available for use to plants. Also, it can be a yellow substance and the directions in the ad say it will turn yellow in the water. My guess is it's phosphorus! If you get some, let us know how it works!

OK, after hearing from actual gardeners - as opposed to marketing folks - I'm sold! Think I'll get some . . .
