Whew! It's not all dead!

Well I'm pleased to announce that after clearing away all the dead stuff in the ginger/canna bed that I see new growth coming up - but there is a lot of mushy stuff on top of the gingers. That sure takes a load off my mind!

I am seeing many burnt palms. Looks like nothing in the plam family made it through winter green.

Things are coming to life... even the Abyssinian Banana is showing some new growth, that has to be a good sign. Keeping my fingers crossed on the stuff in the ground still.

I'm seeing a lot of new growth on my daylilies and my amaryllis are still firm.
Also, my nectarine has big fat buds... Yes!

Things that I thought would be toast, like a stromanthe, are fine but the duranta that was as tall as my house is history.
