Anyone out there treating their own elevated blood pressure??? My blood pressure has been fine until this point, and last time I was at the doctor, it was up. I am monitoring it at home every day, and some days it is fine, others it is high. Pretty variable. This morning I woke up with a headache, and the pressure was 150/91. Mid afternoon it was down to 142/83. I have started taking a low dose aspirin every day, plus 100 mg of niacin twice a day. I think I may also add CoQ10 into the mix. Any of you have experience with these?? Looking forward to hearing your tales of blood pressure.
