I have been fighting mites on my indoor hibiscuss plants for many months. I am now in a pyrethrum, insecticidal soap, neem rotation every three to four days. This has gotten them down to a point when I think, each spray time, that maybe I've gotten them all. But there are always some more. It seems that the culprits who escaped the last spray are in the new leaves and buds. I'm thinking that eggs may have been buried in the crevices of these new growths and not gotten hit by the spray. So now if there's a hint of mites on new growth, I pinch it off. Does this ring a bell with anyone else?
TIA
