The other day I was sure surprised when I looked out my kitchen window and saw 7 mule deer browsing on the hillside across from my house.
Some of the photos were taken through the window and patio door and a few outside (too cold to stay outside):~{
I will be happy when those plastic shopping bags aren't hanging on everything! The deer was spooked by this one blowing in the wind, and not to mention how it looks in my photo!
The deer were spread out all over the hillside so I couldn't get all 7 in one frame.
I had to post this handsome young buck even though I couldn't avoid the power-lines running through it

How neat that they come into the neighborhood like that. Mule deers look so different from the white tails that I am used to seeing down south.

Thanks Christine, that plastic bag is still hanging on that brush way up the hillside. I've been tempted to go get it but the terrain is steep and rocky.
