Does anyone know if an upgrade version (not a full install) of a newer OS will work on a computer with a copied (or pirated) version of Windows? The copy wouldn't be so bad but I suspect its slowing things down to a crawl. An upgrade is about half or less what the whole thing costs.
Its Win XP now.
