I was wondering if anyone tried to grow poppies here in georgia and if you direct sow or winter sow in a container. Have not had much luck and found some really cool seeds.

I winter sow where they are to grow. Have several types up now. You may have time to still sow but maybe not.

Good advice - I don't think they like being moved - sew in situ.
