Am recently retired and I would like to make a will. I wonder if I can just write my own...would this be legal in Texas? Since I'm now on a very limited income, would Iike to avoid paying a lot of money to an attorney.

Is there a form I can print and fill out?

Would I need to get it notarized?

What about those online wills. Are they okay? Is there a good, reputable one available?
