I bought 2 ferns at Walgreen that were in 4" pots. I think I've ID them as Macho ferns. I repotted them in 8" pots. How often should I water them now that they are in their new pots? How much sun, etc?
I don't want them to die on me. I appreciate any help or advice:)

NO SUN, but a lot light, check: www.srtrop.com. Macho Fern can fill easily a 20" moss basket !!

The newly-emerging frond is called a fiddlehead, or circinate vernation.
KayJones- OK thanks! It sure is growing!! I use to go to PC Beach alot. I grew up in Montgomery,AL. I just moved to TX about 5 years ago. I'm used to weather and all in that part of the world:)
