This iris shows to be and EM bloomer but seems to be and EE in my zone.

no joke! Lucky Lucky Lucky! ours are still sound asleep even without a blanket of snow it's so cold. Wind gusts over 50mph today and the wind chased all cold cover away. Bitter cold.

Reminds me of walking across the Charles river bridge from Boston to Cambridge in winter. Then my eyeballs would just about freeze from the wind.

I do feel lucky in the winter the summer is a different story! I do hope the weather clears and spring comes early for those with harsh weather!
