PSP X2 Not Responding

My PSP X2 will not open, I have tried and rebooted till blue in the face. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and still locks up and will not completely open. So then I installed my old PSP X1 and that is giving me the same problem Not Responding shortly after it tries to open up? I went to Corel and downlaoded what they suggested and that didn't help, any assistance appreciated.
