Sink problem !

I moved into a new house Dec 29 and the sink is now draining so slowly it takes forever. Today I bought some Draino Gel (water seems to stay in the pipe) and after two applications and emptying the whole bottle it's still clogged. Tried a plunger and no go.
This sink drains to a dry well and not the septic tank.

Any suggestions? Can't afford a plumber right now after all the closing expenses.
