Yoga question

I did the Yoga CD from the P90X this morning. I'm sure that was made with someone in mind who has actually DONE yoga. Can anyone give me a good DVD yoga substitute that I can use in place of that one? Like.......do they have "Yoga for Dummies"??? :>)

I'm going to town today and can stop at WM or Shopko and see if they have anything you'd suggest.
