I can't seem to get away from the roosters and chickens.. They sure do make good specimen mosaics. I'm not sure that the details can be seen real good, perhaps a darker outline would have helped on this one. I ran out of iridecent glass for feathers, but it still looks alright. All the mosaics I have done so far are made out of glass. I'm wanting to try some tile soon.
