Arthritis...ouch

I have severe arthritis in my spine,sacrum,lumbar area. I take celebrex when it gets really bad, do some exercise and lift light weights. I really do not want to take any stronger meds. I also did water exercise. Ihave been to PT, but I have really been hurt by some of the exercises that I have been given. The same with water exercises. Some years back I had acupuncture that helped after a few months but it is really expensive. Now it is acting up pretty bad. I just wondered if anyone has tried, anything that has really helped them or that has any advice to give. Thanks Meems
