BEst shoes for walking?

I have some asics but their killing my feet. 4 l/4 miles a day and they just can't hold up LOL sometimes I have blisters on my blisters. I do think the shoes are a l/2 size too big but I also have another pair of asics and i've tried to walk in them too.

I have a pair of Avia that are the best, but they still cause my toes to be so sore I can't walk when I get home.

I'm at a loss for decent shoes to walk up and down the hills in.

I'm breaking down today and going to get a pair of walking shoes. I hope their going to fit right cause i'll be upset if they give me blisters. I will probably not break them in either as if I walk another day in my old shoes I'll just die. new shoes can't be worse than these old shoes.

I'm thinking along the lines of sketchers shape ups. what do you think?

I always heard good things about Asics, but gosh, their hard on my feet.

I don't weigh that much for me to have that much feet trouble when I walk.
