Lafayette Orange Peel block instructions - any help?

Hi,

I'd like instructions how to make a orange peel block - the more detailed the better! Pix would be super-great!
I've tried making a block with freezer paper applique, but that didn't work out so well.
So far I haven't tried the fusable method of making the block, I'd prefer to sew it for greater stability.
Also, if anyone has instructions for a sewn Alabama Beauty block (a variation of the Orange Peel pattern), I'd be grateful!
