Looking forward to catching up with it judy ...I have loved jesse m. since she appeared on Australian Idol ...she now has a hit song in the USA . I am thrilled for her
I can still see the pretty little bare footed girl from the bush talking to us about her dreams ...looks like they are coming true.
It should be fantastic.

I agree, she's just lovely,I hope she goes far and I think the young aborginal boy who plays opposite her has the nicest face,oh they all look so good.. it will be so uplifting to see a film with a lot of aboriginal actors and in such a positive humourous way because they are such a important part of this country we share ...I'm a big fan of Ernie Dingo's too and Magda and Jeffery or is it Geoffery..I reckon they would all play their characters exceptionally well...I am so in need of a good laugh..and I think this will fit the bill!

Has anyone been following 'The Circuit' on sbs

...I see it's out now on dvd...I'm going to have to get it ..as I only got to see the last few episodes and really enjoyed it...some wonderful actors in it.

I went to see Bran Nue Dae today with my mother and granddaughter and we all loved it.
The music was great, Missy Higgins and Jessica Mauboy sang some good songs,
All the character actors were funny.
Loved Geoffrey Rush's over the top priest.
Even my mother who has had a stroke saw some funny parts in it and these days her sense of humour is limited.
It is the sort of film that makes you are laugh and tap your feet and it isn't too long.
Everyone in the theatre came out satisfied I'm sure.

What did everyone else think?
Dianne
