...late flowering and bluest clem? I am looking for two vines and have my eye on 'Prince Charles' and 'Perle d' Azur'. Are there better ones? are these strong growers and blue or more purple? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Perle is more lavender for me. I don't have Prince Charles so I don't know about color. I don't have any that are truly blue, even Blue Light is more lavender.
Thanks Venu for answering. Very pretty combo you have there. I have decided and ordered 'Prince Charles', evipo 'Galore', and 'Blue Angel'. I hope they do well. They are sharing space with 'Venosa Violacea' and 'Betty Corning'.
