how many different colors of daturas are they? i know only of white,purple and yellow.

That's pretty much it. There are a few variations, Cream & Sugar with is an ecrue color and Var Rubra which is a butterscotch color. The true Var Rubra is butterscotch on the inside and speckled purple on the outside and it's not stable. The plant the produces them throws mostly the butterscotch flowers with a few purple highlights. The true Var Rubra drops in every once in a while. Out of 5 plants, only one produced the true Var Rubra and that was during the beginning of flowering.

This flower came from the same plant as the picture above. It is the flower that is most often produced. The sun is shining directly on it, that's why the coloring looks so bright.
