What Bullwinkle and friends missed

These are some of the flowers that they missed

The texas hibiscus had just gone into hibernation as it was so cold, so suddently

And it is a rare week thst the oleander is not flowering. Such a sweet smell, too

and my pink calla

Not this week- we have had a sudden spell of real cold and everything seems to have gone dormant all at once on me,
Bah humbug.
These were just some of the things that bullwinkle and friends would have seen IF they had arrived a few weeks earlier.
I usually have at least some blooming but the only ones flowering right now are the fuschia 'tree'- I cannot remember what it is called.

And the African violets.
And of course some geraniums- they are always blooming - most 365 days a year

That's an oleander??, I assumed it was some type of begonia. I've learned something new today :)

Here is the oleander....

I had been so disappointed that nothing was flowering when Bullwinkle, Officer Bear and Gnome were here- I wanted to show somw of the flowers that one normally sees when visiting me.
