Agapantus

Hi Guys from the hottest place on earth right now, lol.

I have noticed here that Agapanthus grow here and seem to handle it well.

Would anybody know of any plants that are as hardy as them.

Would Gladiolous live here do you think? Also, I have a lot of diff coloured Salvia's, would they survive a hot regien?

You will find that these should do well for you...there are many others but this is all I can think of right now...Time for me to go to bed.lol

Not in any alphabetical order..
Hippeastrum,Iris,Hemerocallis(daylilies),Crinum sp,Morea,Dietes,Habranthus,Zephyranthes,Aristea,Montbretia,Canna,Bulbine,Alstroemeria sp(Princess Lillies)& Clivea in light shade.
I have grown all of the above and have found they cope well here.


If you like,I can send you some cuttings etc of the more hardy type plants that you should have no trouble growing there...

Also do you like geraniums?
