Yes, these two little sweeties are my pets! Hand raised from just one day out of the egg (our paperboy asked me to take them). We go outside every afternoon - the birds get to play, take their baths in a plant saucer, dry off in the sun, and climb on me (they love playing King of the shoulder!) - while I weed and putter in the yard. Their wings are clipped - which allows them to coast downward - they don't plummet or fall - but clipping prevents the 'lift' that longer feathers provide. My little flock & I really enjoy the time spent together outdoors (and the yard benefits from the daily tending too!). Although our property is securely fenced I do watch over them constantly (just in case a cat would pass by - Eeeek!).

They are a real joy and truly loved birds!
