Inflatable Ornaments Fall Over, any ideas?

I have 2 inflatable lawn ornaments: Cat in the Hat with a Christmas Tree, and Santa Claus with a present.

As night goes on, we get frosted up from the day gone by, the cat respods with the tree and hat falling a bit, but Santa falls over completly!

Any ideas on helping the old chap, and getting the two more resilent?
