Getting help - disposophobia.theplan.com ??

Does anyone have experience with the folks at http://www.disposophobia.theplan.com? They make a compelling argument about getting help and specialized help being required, but they come across a bit "over the top" with their "we are the only possible solution" attitude.

I definitely need to get help - can anyone suggest any other alternatives? If it matters, I'm in central NY, near Binghamton, we tend not to have many "specialized" services out here.
