saw it on hgtv--filled a half gallon container with water
sunk a quart container inside of it-weighted down with rocks
froze it
poured a little hot water in the quart container and out it slid
peeled off the outer container and there it was-- an ice candle holder--you can put greenery etc in the water too for a different look
they said it can go outside to light the way or inside for a party--they had it inside and put the rocks back inside one of them to use as an ice vase--filled it with white/silver tall sparkly arangement
very pretty
said you can see it on their website but i haven't looked yet
