A problem with glue drying

Hi all,
I am fairly new to doing mosaic's. I recently did a glass on glass mosaic and it turned out great. The only problem is that the larger piece's that I glued have not seemed to dry? The smaller glass pieces have dried clear, but still white on the larger 2 pieces. The glue I used is welbond. Any ideas on how to get the drying process going. it has been about a month. The large pieces are about 7inches by 6 inches.
