Never had haggis? Shame on you! Though I admit it's a long time since I last ate a good one. I'll just have to go back up to Scotland again. I lived in Aberdeen for a year. I used to go to their folk club on a Friday night and after folk club ended we'd all troop off for a bite to eat, usually a haggis supper. Delicious on a cold winter evening!!!

i used to have haggis a lot when i was at home as my dad is scottish, what do you think is the best way to cook it? we used to boil it and then slice and fry it & serve with 'neeps and tatties' :)

I can't bear haggis I may have a go at the veggie one though, I hate tripe and liver blech!!! LOL

My6 Mum and Dad always used to boil haggis. I've done it that way as well, best with tatties and neeps. But when I was at Aberdeen we had it fried.
