You know, my point and shoot is at the age now where it just will not focus some times. I have to have really good light for it to do so. Sometimes it "says" that it is focused but then I discover that it really has not focused at all.
It's really a pain, so I know your frustration. Margaret said that someone at a camera shop told her that Point and Shoots are really only good for a few years! If that's true they are pretty expensive to live such a short life.
d'oh! well I didn't mean to be a downer. Just that cameras sometimes don't WANT to cooperate and other times they CAN'T cooperate.
I think alot of times it just the operator....not the camera! ^_^
