Awful Bird Pics Vol. 11

Almost got her this time! This is with the sport setting and she's still partially blurry.

I was just wondering if you had any banders in your area. They could come out and capture her, Id and band.

A bad Carolina Wren....another one of those spell where I just can't get the silly camera to focus right. Think I caught it in mid-hop there!

You know, my point and shoot is at the age now where it just will not focus some times. I have to have really good light for it to do so. Sometimes it "says" that it is focused but then I discover that it really has not focused at all.

It's really a pain, so I know your frustration. Margaret said that someone at a camera shop told her that Point and Shoots are really only good for a few years! If that's true they are pretty expensive to live such a short life.

d'oh! well I didn't mean to be a downer. Just that cameras sometimes don't WANT to cooperate and other times they CAN'T cooperate.

I think alot of times it just the operator....not the camera! ^_^

Well I felt awful about this one anyways, I should have spent more time photographing these Blue Jay's, and the color's are so nice. :(

Got new bad ones this week.

First up is this Blue Jay out on the platform feeder. Just what is it doing?? lol

We had a beautiful sunny day on Wednesday....infact between the bright sun and new glasses I couldn't see what the heck I was trying to get in the photo!

Turned out to be a Dark-eyed Junco....almost.
