Is it safe to get mailed cuttings NOW in this weather?

I am getting coleus cuttings from Ohio ... I live in Philly ,PA. Is it safe to get them this time by priority mail?

Is it too cold, will cuttings die ?...Pls answer asap :(
Can they be bubble wrapped for warmth?

Your weather should be close to ours we will be in the 50's next week, so if I get them in the mail on Monday you should get them by Wed. and they should be ok.
