Last August my count was 525. Since then I haven't really given up sweets.
Now my doctor wants me to take a medicine to bring them down; however, I have been told it is harsh and has bad side effects.
My plan is to take 4 fish oil capsules a day (Doctor's suggestion,) drink tons of ground flaxseed in water, give up white flour, potatoes, sugar, and all fats except olive oil. Do you think it might work? I am using the glycemic diet guidelines.
Can I change my triglycerides in 14 days??
