Queen's Wreath, Bluebird Vine, Sandpaper Vine (Petrea volubilis)
Hi, I am a new member as of today so if I do something wrong, please understand. I purchased this plant (Queens Wreath or Petrea volubilis) last year at a Garden Show and because we had the coldest winter in 20 years, I believe it is dead. Yesterday I went to a garden show in New Orleans and there it was , so I purchased this plant again. Now I want to make sure I treat it right and get it to live. I live in zone 8b. Should I plant this plant in the ground or should I put it in a big pot. Any suggestions? Also I live in an area with extreme summer heat and humidity.
I give Queen's Wreath an A-plus . How big and will it grow in so.Tex.z9 ??
