It just got here, Fall, you are supposed to have frost on the pumpkin. The deciduous trees have not even shed their leaves yet.
You're right, most of the trees are still green. Unfortunately, my crape myrtles, the last to get leaves in the spring have already lost most of their leaves and they didn't turn orange this year. Strange.
Well I'm happy at the moment .. actually sweated when I was installing the irrigation system for the hosta. Twas nice!

True the trees are very green for this time of year.
I've got 1 tree, silver maple, dropping and the rest not. I don't recall seeing any color in town so far the Bradford Pear should be turning now but its green.

our trees are turning abnormally early. usually we're barely getting any color now. we've been getting some for 2 weeks, and a good 1/4 of the leaves are down.
