Even as I write my small hay meadows are being cut. After months of heat and dry weather, the heavens came forth with rain and the pastures grew!
I have two very favorite times of the year. The first is the spring when my calves are born and the second is early fall, when Thomas comes to cut and bale my hay. At these two points (and goodness knows there are many others) I see the signature of nature.
