Where can I find which plants are patented in the USA?

Since I'm trading and selling seeds I must know which plants have a patent. I know how to find it in Europe, but is there a database I can search for USA patents?

Jonna. One of the ways is to google the plants. Look at different American site s selling it. if it patened. Thos e places selling patened plants wil have PPAF or PP and #'s afte r them. If yoru not sure. dmail me and I will check for ya.

Jonna try typing plant patent in Google and it will bring up a list of sites for you check out for what you need to know.
