I'm on shakey ground here starting a new thread. Hope it doesn't start trouble. But I noticed that it is the 10th of the month and there still seems to be no Oct. thread that I saw scrolling down. I did find the Sept. one.
I hope all is well with everyone. I have more to do than I think I have the energy and strength to get done. I way overdid last Tuesday and am not sure I've recovered yet.
We got a frost last night. Our first of the season. That means I have to get the 5 or 6 winter squash which are still not ripe because they are volunteers and came up really late into the house. And finish picking apples and get them into the house. Too much heavy work to get done for this body to want to do.
I need to go to town and get a med refilled or I wouldn't leave the farm all day. I may try to get along without it for the weekend. I'll have to think about it.
I need to get started on the day. GOD bless and keep each of you.
