I have quite a few, one is the "butterfly" amaryllis (new one). I live in zone 6, central new jersey and I don't put them outside for the summer since I have a windowed/screened front porch. All still have leaves, some drooping but not yellow. Should I cut off the leaves and stop watering or leave everything alone and keep watering, feeding etc.
Thanks
Marian
Rest or not questions
Keep it growing. Just cut off the dead leaves.
Thanks
Are there other Amaryllis that are evergreen and should not go dormant? Do you just water them less in the winter?
Susan
I believe all are evergreen actually. Corrections welcomed. If allowed to remain awake they will bloom when THEY are ready.
