This just a weed or anyone know what it is? I have some growing wild and will be getting rid of them soon, just wondering if for any reason I show keep them around?

Let's say this did produce fruit about how long would it go from this point till ripe fruit. I know this isn't an edible one but I'm trying to figure out once they start putting out bananas how long it would take.
Your first picture is Pokeweed. I do know some people like it but it is a pretty invasive weed.
Not sure about the nanas.
that is a banana flower i have been told 3 months to maturity on most bananas. but you got to consider over 200 varitieys out there. you might look up your type of banana to see exact time of flower to banana
