Can anyone tell me how to fix a rust problem on my NEW metal garden cart. After I'd used it a few times the paint blistered and started peeling off in large strips. Now rust has started on the metal where the paint peeled. Is this the norm for new equipment now? I need to know if (and how) to strip and repaint so I don't have this problem anymore. What kind of paint, etc. Everyone who answers questions on this forum is so knowledgeable I decided to pick a few brains rather than relying on my own very limited knowledge. Thanks!
